Uses the same ``upper_lower`` as supplied to :ref:`onemkl_lapack_hetrd`. trans Must be either ``transpose::nontrans`` or ``transpose::conjtrans``. If ``trans=transpose::nontrans``, the routine multiplies :math:`C` by :math:`Q`.
